Our Plastic Surgery Practice Philosophy
“As difficult as it is to perpetually strive for perfection, I try to do just that for every patient and feel that considering them a close friend or a family member brings the best of my talents forward. I limit my practice to procedures that I have extensive plastic surgery experience in. My ultimate goal is a happy patient.” – Dr. Karaca

An initial plastic surgery consultation takes 45 minutes to an hour. The desires and concerns of the patient are first clearly determined. After an examination, the suitability, surgical solutions and options, benefits and complications, planned treatment and expected outcome are discussed. Before and after pictures are always shown. Scheduling, hospital options and anesthesia are also discussed. The patient then spends some time with our office manager to discuss fees and miscellaneous costs, as well as insurance coverage. In some cases, pictures may be taken to be used with pre-authorization letters. Patients are given several references and are invited to return for further consultations at no charge until they can make a definite decision. The patient should always feel comfortable and confident with the treatment plan and with the doctor.
