I just read your email and there's no time like the Holidays to thank you for everything that you have done for me. I am 72 years old and I feel great and look great. I live in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and spend my days exercising, playing tennis, and playing golf. I wish that your practice was in Florida. I tell all of my friends what a great plastic surgeon I had in Michigan. Too bad that you are not here, they would be crowding your waiting room. Yes, there's no time like the Holidays to spend a few moments to say, "Thank You." Hope your Christmas is filled with health and happiness.

Dear Dr. Karaca,
I left your office yesterday after having my final stitches from my breast reduction surgery removed. I was (and still am) full of so much emotion.
I was searching for the right words to tell you how if felt - to let you know just how much this surgery means to me - but . . . I couldn"t find the words. I went straight home, determined to write you a letter but again I had trouble. After taking an extra day to ponder, I realized my problem.
There are no words adequate to express myself - but. I"m going to try.
I'm sure I could have gone to other doctors for this surgery, but I highly doubt that any could come even close to making me as happy as you have.
You obviously are very dedicated to your work. You made me feel that you considered me as a person - that you were concerned about my likes and dislikes. My needs and you designed my surgery to fit my lifestyle.
Before surgery you made sure I understood what was going to be done to me, what to expect in the recovery process and the precautions I needed to take. As a result, I felt very comfortable with the whole idea of surgery. The staff at St. Joseph's Hospital was very friendly and efficient. Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable and very helpful. But, most importantly, when the bandages were removed and I saw your work (this is where the description is difficult to put into words) the emotions that went through and the way I felt at that moment is something that I will remember and treasure all of my life.
Dr. Karaca you mentioned that my surgery was your first of the New Year. You with your skills, are responsible for starting not only a new year, but a new life for a happy young woman. I'll be eternally grateful.

Dear Dr. Karaca,
This letter may seem a small way of saying "Thank You" for what you have done for me but believe me it means a lot in a big way. I appreciate your skill, knowledge and professional ability in order to be able to treat me the way you have. Why can't there be more doctors like you? I honestly feel great about myself. To be a whole person again has done wonders for my self-image. I have done my best to educate people on my surgery and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to you who may be considering having it done.
I hope to make your portfolio. After all, a double reconstruction would certainly reveal you credibility at its finest. Hopefully, in the future you'll be able to persuade your colleagues to use, or at least consider you techniques. Let's face it: all mastectomy patients will never have the privilege of being treated by you.
I've wanted to express this to you since the operation and I feel glad that finally I have. Everything has taken place just as you said.
In closing, I do hope you understand my feelings and if at any time you need additional confirmation to help a future patient make a decision, I would be more than happy to accommodate you.

After five weeks, I'm finally beginning to allow myself to BELIEVE that those "rocks" you removed shall continue to exist ONLY as Uncherished memories - replaced, thanks to your skill and confidence. By a natural softness I thought I was destined never to have again. Your life must be FILLED with "beautiful moments and cherished memories' of all the people you have helped - both physically and emotionally - by restoring, replacing, rebuilding whatever defects they bring to you! Dr. Karaca,
After contemplating surgery for more than four years, you must know that it wasn't an easy decision for me. Even after choosing you for a surgeon, it still took 10 months to finally go through with it. If have been impulsive about many things in my life, but this was not one of them. After meeting with several doctors about my situation, I found such a feeling of relief at your office. While other doctors are looking at their watch, or holding on to the doorknob, you are answering every question, and explaining each detail.
Your professional manner, confidence in the results, and time you took for consultation, all made it somewhat easy for me. I realize that the money you earn is made while you’re in surgery, but if it weren't for the time you spent beforehand, I would never have gone as far as the operating room. Thank you for your patience.
Although I am still recovering, I can see the results were well worth the long wait. Your perfectionism is obvious. I certainly hope that I will not be in need of your services in the future, but I will definitely pass your name if given the chance to refer someone.

Dear Dr. Karaca, M.D.,
This letter is in confirmation to a conversation I had with you regarding my face lift of a year ago.
Let me take a few lines to tell you a little about myself. I am a forty nine year old female who has always taken pride in my appearance. Although, not to the point of being vain.
Exercise and good nutrition have always been a part of my adult life. I have been able to maintain my weight, within a ten pound range, since my teens. So, I must admit I was quite surprised when my face and neck started sagging much ill my middle forties. My eyes became extremely puffy most the time. People began remarking to me about my lack rest. When in fact I had a good nights rest. Eight hours or more.
My main interest in having my eyes, face and neck done was to turn the clock back a few years and put my features back in sync with the rest of my mind and body.
Much to my surprise after having my face done. One of the first things that became very apparent was the way in which people treated me. There was no doubt that when I looked better, I was treated better. Clerks in stores were more eager to wait on me and took more time trying to please me. People, whom I have done business with on a regular basis during the past twenty years, For example, banks, the drug store. And beauty shop all treated me in a more positive manner. The man at the market that I frequent suddenly went out of his way to make conversation and be more helpful. Similarly, the person at the dry cleaners had a new friendlier attitude toward me. Friends and acquaintance, who knew nothing about my surgery, eagerly wanted to know what I had done with my hair or what new makeup I was using. "You look fantastic!", they would say. It happened much too often to have been just a fluke. I am sure if I were competing in the job market, the simple fact that I look better and more vibrant than other forty nine year olds would be a big advantage.
In conclusion, I would like to thank Dr. Karaca, M.D. for his wonderful skills and expert technique. I will enjoy my new face every day. It has been a very positive change in my life.
