Some patients have full cheeks, sometimes even after a face lift. On these patients, a very light thinning liposuction can be done but a better procedure is to remove the anatomical Bichat cheek fat pad located right in the center of the cheek. The patient will look thinner and rested. This small operation can either be done inside the mouth or in combination with a facelift when the skin is lifted.
